Going Limited

We have found that many people are a little daunted by the prospect of going limited, due mainly to some popular misconceptions. Some of these are highlighted in incorporation in our tips section.

All you need to do then is come up with a name for your new company, but remember this has to be unique. Use the companies house webcheck facility to see if your preferred company name is still available.
